Welcome to the Nelson Mandela Children's Hospital. Nelson Mandela's dream of creating a state-of-the-art, specialised paediatric facility serving the children of South Africa has been realised. The construction has been completed and we admitted our first patients in June 2017 and continue to treat critically ill children referred to our hospital.
